Shell Weavings
						"Nautilus Shell on White Sand Beach" is woven with white and off-white cotton, rayon and wool with a plainweave weave structure.  Undulating lines created by chaining and twining yarn with loops of unspun wool fiber suggest the wave action which washed the shells onto the beach.  The weaving is double matted with a white mat and framed in gold.
